Bank has in place a “Committee for Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace” . The purpose of the Committee is primarily to ensure that women are provided with a working environment that is comfortable and conducive to work and to ensure that there is no sexual harassment in workplace
The members of the Committee are as follows:

- Ms. Vandana Chawla, External Expert
- Mr. Ram Jeewan Prasad, RM
- Ms. Shambhavi Awasthi, DM (Member Secretary)
The Committee holds workshops periodically for its staff w.r.t. sensitising the staff of NHB on the subject of prevention of sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace.
