Shri Pankaj is an officer of Indian Administrative Service belonging to 2009 batch of Haryana cadre. At present, he is serving as Secretary, Personnel, Training and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of Haryana.
He has been appointed as Director on the Board of Directors of National Housing Bank w.e.f 22.09.2023.
He holds a B. Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.
He has experience of working in various departments including skill development, urban development, irrigation, personnel, vigilance and finance.
