The working hours of NHB Knowledge Centre (Library) at the central office Delhi, are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Though it mainly caters to the NHB staff, academics and research scholars can also access Knowledge Centre with prior permission from competent authority.

As on date, a core collection of over 5500 Hindi/English books are available on various subjects such as architecture, housing, economics, banking, fiction, literature, poetry etc. Knowledge Centre has added digital media along with print in its core collection.  In addition knowledge centre is subscribing more than 50 foreign and Indian print/e-journals related to finance, housing, economics, management and other technical/ non technical subjects.
