| National Housing Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of India wishes to get its Greetings cards for the year 2008 printed as per the following specifications: |

2. Quantity |
4300 |
3. Paper |
220/250 gsm |

| |
| The delivery of the final product shall be made at Bank's office at New Delhi, within 14 days of receipt of order from the Bank. The Bank shall have the right to deduct upto 10% of the bill amount if the time schedules mentioned above are not adhered to by the printer. Equal weightages would be given to the theme and cost of the Greeting Cards while placing the orders. |

| Quotations, along with 5 samples of greeting cards, as per the specification mentioned above may be sent to Development and Risk Management Department, National Housing Bank, Core 5 A, 5th Floor, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003 in a sealed envelope superscribed "Quotation for printing Greeting Cards" by 5.00 P.M on 23.11.07. |

| The delivery of the final product shall be made at Bank's offices at New Delhi within 20 days of receipt of order from the Bank. The Bank shall have the right to deduct upto 10% of the bill amount if the time schedules mentioned above are not adhered to by the printer. Equal weightages would be given to the theme and cost of the diaries while placing the orders. |
