National housing bank requires office Accommodation at kolkata

National Housing Bank a wholly owned subsidiary of Reserve Bank of India wants well constructed (Pucca) premises of around 110 to 140 Sq. Mtrs (1200 - 1500 Sq. Feet) in Ground / First Floor for Representative office at Kolkata.

The following terms & Conditions should be compiled with, while submitting the offer for the proposed premises:

1. Applicant will be required to provide proof of ownership along with the application.
2. The applicant must have a clear title to the property.
3. Premises should preferably be on Ground / First Floor and centrally located.
4. The premises must be suitable from the security point of view and have all the basic amenities such as adequate sanitary arrangements, water and Electricity, natural light and ventilation and good parking facility for at least two cars.

The Bank reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.

No brokerage will be paid by the Bank.
