NHB comes out with its Annual Report and Report on Trend & Progress of Housing in India every year. These are statutory publications. The Annual Report covers in details the activities of the Bank during a year and also contains the balance sheet of the Bank. The Report on Trend & Progress of Housing in India covers the development in the housing finance sector and the performance of the various primary-lending institutions. Besides, NHB also publishes a quarterly newsletter "Housing News" covering the developments in the housing and the housing finance sector during a particular quarter. A Hindi magazine called "Awas Bharti" is also published every quarter.
