NEED FOR THE PROGRAMME
The programme is aimed to familiarize the participants with the mechanics of the formal housing finance system and with the potential opportunities and challenges associated with shelter financing. The program will address the evolution of the housing finance system in national & international perspectives, regulatory requirements, financial, technical and legal appraisal, post disbursal Monitoring/MIS, future challenges & opportunities. Besides, the issues like marketing management, organization culture, ethical practices, role of information technology in management etc will also be addressed during the course of the 5 day program. The participants will also be given real life exposure by way of group excercises, case studies and field visits.

Junior/middle level personnel of banks & HFCs (maximum of 3 participants per institution )
